American Logistics Company (ALC) is a national passenger transportation management company serving transit agencies, school districts and the health care industry. ALC was formed in response to an increased demand for quality transportation management services, and the necessity to provide that transportation at the lowest cost possible by utilizing all available qualified resources in any given geographic area. ALC is the culmination of the founders' 50 years of experience and knowledge gained from ownership and operation of transportation companies across the United States. ALC has developed several innovative approaches designed to address the need for specialized transportation with high quality service while maintaining the lowest cost to our clients.

ALC has developed a progressive service delivery model to provide transportation based on the concepts of "Mobility Management" and "Coordination". ALC's Coordinated Transportation Model enables the company to make and verify an exceptionally unique claim: reduced costs and improved transportation services. Utilizing its proprietary route optimization technology (ParaMax®), ALC reduces transportation costs by analyzing all trip reservations, to "right size the route" and "right size the fleet."

ALC's Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) enables clients to achieve performance metrics that are significantly higher than industry standards. ALC's fully integrated approach ensures program accountability through driver and vehicle management; field management and supervision of transportation operations; and, an operations and customer service center that operates 24/7/365. ALC's Intelligent Transportation System effectively manages driver training, FTA drug testing, vehicle maintenance, required reporting, vehicle insurance and other challenges.

With on-time performance, across all customers, averaging 97%, and a proven track record for zero denials, ALC currently averages less than one customer complaint per 1,000 trips.
